"Remember, your grace. The city will turn against Cersei, they will surrender if they know they are defeated. When you hear the bells ring, stand down." Tyrion says, Daenerys meets my eyes. The memory of Missandei and Edlin fill my mind as the words leave his mouth, their heads tumbling across the dirt. The memory of my father's head falling from his neck as the people of King's Landing cheered. My brother's throat cut by Lannisters as my mother was forced to watch, only to have her own slit after.

"Take your throne, Daenerys." I tell her, she nods to me before walking to Drogon.

Valaena Fireborn of House Targaryen has been in exile her entire life. Robert's Rebellion twenty years ago forced her and her siblings out of their home to Essos. Valaena was sold to Khal Drogo as his wife so her brother could use her husband's army to retake their father's throne. Suffice it to say, Viserys didn't get his end of the bargain. After a life in exile with one objective in mind, Valaena is headed home. While in Westeros learning about the culture of her homeland and making alliances, Valaena meets three men who will change her life forever. Jon Snow, the stoic King in the North. Tormund Giantsbane, the fearsome wildling. Oberyn Martell, the red viper of Dorne. *This is abandoned, the rest is on my Tumblr* Warning: This book is not fit for younger viewers due to the sexual scenes, violence, and language it contains. There are massive spoilers in this fanfic. It takes place after the Battle of the Bastards in Season 6 of "Game of Thrones". ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "He watches you in wonder and awe. Don't you want a husband that would do anything for you, like Khal Drogo?" Kovarro smirked down at me, like he believed he was helping me by attempting to convince me to marry Jon. Rather, he had pushed me too far. I grabbed his tunic and forced him to lean backwards over the waist high rafters, staring down at him with vehemence. "I will never try to replace Drogo. I got my vengeance, but I can never see my family again. The only thing I have left of them is my memories and Haggo's bells in my hair." I roughly shoved him into the rafters, ensuring the wood dug into his back, before letting him go and stepping away from him.

10 parts Complete Mature

"The Bells" gave us an apocalyptic confrontation between the mournful tyrant of King's Landing and the hot-blooded Queen of the Free. But what if it had all gone differently? What if the dragon learned to love the lion? See the fate of Westeros rewritten in a way you have never thought of before... (AU, some events were moved around in time as to better fit the story: Maester Aemon is alive, Tywin is alive, Sept of Baelor has not been blown up = Tommen is alive, Walk of Atonement has not happened, Viserion is dead, Tyrion is master of coin) ~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Let me hear you roar, my brave lioness", Dany said in a seductive tone, a fierce smile playing around her lips. "Roar until the crimson of their blood boils with our fire." "Whether it be half a continent away, or here in our palace, I promise you shall hear my victory. Our victory." And with these words and a passionate kiss, her golden queen left the chamber, the castle and the town, onward to face what could be her greatest opponent yet.
