In this fanfic of mine, "Transformers: Animated - Shadows of Redemption," Optimus Prime and his friends both old and new must navigate a treacherous path filled with self-discovery, forgiveness, and the unyielding pursuit of justice. Bonds are tested, alliances are forged, and the fate of the universe hangs in the balance as Optimus Prime and his allies strive to thwart Megatron's sinister plot and protect the Matrix from falling into the wrong hands. With the war finally over, Ratchet and Optimus finally get to live their fantasy of having a family. Optimus didn't anticipate the target that would be put over Ratchet's head once he became sparked. A small band of Decepticons aren't satisfied with the way things played out. Seeking revenge and compensation, they take the sparked medic hostage, and the race begins. Optimus must juggle his Primely duties and searching for his medic while complying to the outrageous demands. His desperation is what leads him to Megatron.

Then during the attempt to stop The Space Bridge, in the midst of the battle, Bumblebee gets kidnapped and taken. For Stellar Cycles, Bumblebee goes through the worst. Being a prisoner, training to fight & kill, forced to move on from all he once knew and had, do as he's told, & become a Con. The only thing Bee wanted was to find value in himself, to survive, to truly see if his former team moved on in life without him.
