A decopunk retelling of Beauty and the Beast, set in a glittering city where werewolf kings rule with violence and humans push the limits of decadence and depravity.

Florence Wheeler lives with a terrible secret: every full moon, she transforms into an unknown beast driven to kill anything in her path. Guilt-ridden and hopeless, she hides from the world with only her beautiful garden for consolation.

Yet a chance meeting with Tobias Rosewood, a seductive werewolf with an infamous reputation, offers a glimmer of escape. He doesn't believe in fate but is still willing to help change hers. With his connections to shapeshifting magic, they might find a way to break her strange curse. However, the price to pay will be Florence's heart...

"A fantastical cross between the Beauty and the Beast and ACOTAR." A prince, a witch, and a wolf are tied together by the sins of their parents. Can they break free of the secrets that bind them, or will the Kingdom of Eidas forever be under a terrible curse? Dalia Leary, the eighteen-year-old daughter of an outcast Seer and a downtrodden merchant, lives in a city steeped in lore and magic, where the gods rule the seasons and the noble half-bloods rule the people. The kingdom of Eidas is down on its luck, facing mass starvation and economic failure from prolonged droughts. Dal's mother seems certain that there is a strange, simple solution to both their problems and those of Eidas'. Dal just has to marry the Prince of Eidas, Prince Tullvomm. Easy, right? Of course not. The Prince is nearly ten years her senior, and engaged to be married to the beautiful Princess of the East. She is nothing more besides a common girl from Bridgewater Avenue. Besides the obvious issues of his princess fiancée and her very un-noble birth, there's one other small little problem - Prince Tullvomm is never seen without his pitch-black wolf at his side - his beastly protector. The more Dal tries to get close to the Prince, the more the ghastly wolf seems to always get in the way. Dal realizes that to get access to the Prince she must either befriend the beast or slay him, and though part dog he may be, the beast doesn't seem the type to lie down and roll over. In fact, the more time Dal spends around the creature the less sure she is that he is a dog at all.

14 in fairytaleretelling 10/23/22 Princess Luna of Yaquir angered the wrong person. Now she's doomed to be a beast, as ugly on the outside as she is within, unless she can find someone to love her. At first, with her curse, she thought of only one thing. Ashton. The one thing she wanted, but never got. It made her bitter. And now, she's paying the price. /// Brandon has never been like "the others." They turn to the latest forms of technology and entertainment, determined to make the most of every game and fad to come into their hands. All he really wants is a safe haven to turn the pages of a book, and the ability to lose himself in a world of fiction and others' problems. So when he finds out that libraries all over Yaquir are closing down due to decreased usage and an overabundance of E-books, and that his might be next, he decides to take matters into his own hands. He never dreamed he'd actually end up at a castle instead. Just as he never dreamed he'd become hopelessly stuck there either. This is a Beauty and the Beast genderbend, and the third book in the Light series. As with all of my books, it can be read as a standalone. It's rated PG-13 for language and violence. Updates will be every Saturday starting July 9
