A short tale of two siblings who believed they'd never see each other again, until a reunion many years overdue. Unfortunately, they didn't have the fortune to meet again in the best of circumstances...

This is a short but sweet story written in ~6 weeks set in the fictional Japanese coastal city of Shiojima/塩島 with the prompt of "Pocketships". These are small boats which regular people are able to build, which were popularised in lockdown, some having even properly set out to sea in them. If you don't catch on while reading, the perspective switches between the two siblings every chapter. It's not yet entirely finished, so the abrupt ending will be changed in the future.

This is the first story I've ever properly written, I apologise for any mistakes.All Rights Reserved
