In this coming of age story, four turtle brothers were kept hidden in the sewers many years ago when a mysterious ooze vial fell into the sewers and mutated into humanoid creatures. After being hidden for so long, the brothers decided to win their hearts of humans and be accepted as normal teenagers with heroic hearts. Since that time, four human girls met and helped them fend of a evil group of mutants, unaware that someone wanted to capture them, something for their blood.
