Mary Alice Jones is a young, fierce woman who lives in Mobile, Alabama with her parents and sister. She and her family are picking up and moving to Tombstone, Arizona where her father is taking up the prospecting business of silver.
Mary was raised a lady, her mother always at her ear about everything she does, but when she arrives in the bustling city of Tombstone, she finds it diligently harder to keep up her facade. With cowboys roaming the town she keeps a constant eye over her shoulder.
Mary Alice wants a different life, one away from the perfect southern world she has lived in her whole life. She wants a gentleman who she can be herself with. Never did Mary Alice think it would be a notorious gunslinger in the wild west, famous for his impeccable gun slinging abilities and a mouth that could make anyone cower in fear.
