Libra City, an artificial city that is situated in East Asia which is said to be the land where dreams comes true. A city that has the most advance technology that puts super powered countries into shame. Numerous celebrities, YouTubers, social media influencers and famous streamers lives in this said city, the land of dreams. What people do not know about this city is its dark side. This city is a hot spot for the occult.
Yuto Nanase, who's childhood have been robbed by the occult, comes back to the land of dreams to sought out the truth behind the incident that occurred to him 10 years ago in pretense of studying as a university student. The incident that forever changed him and shaped his well being.
Joining him in his search for truth is a paranormal agency "Minerva" led by Ciel Blanche who is a beautiful and eccentric paranormal investigator that does not use the traditional methods in her field, Vel Schwartz an intern of the detective agency who is a calm and composed witch that looks like a middle schooler, Sera Marharlika, a cheerful university student who is a part timer of the detective agency and an Esper that specializes in psychokinesis and lastly Liam Evans, a helper of the agency who is a handsome high school guidance councilor.
Join this rag tag team in solving horrifying cases that defies logic and reasoning and there fight against the dark forces of the occult.
