Sophia Jalil seems like your ordinary quiet girl, with her tiny frame and childish look. She's anything BUT that, being Redwalk's sweetheart and one of the "popular" girls she comes off how any girl of her status would, but to her it's all an act. With a troubled home life and major insecurity problems amongst other issues, Sophia knows how to adapt without causing suspicion. Ayyub Din could pass as a poster boy for your teenage player; good looking, charming and a bit of a bad boy. He's what almost every girl wants, but he's too busy trying to get out from beneath his older brothers shadow to notice. He seems like your average troubled reckless overall bad boy, but there's more to him than meets the eye. The two cross paths at Sophia's cousins party, and from that day forth a strong yet complicated friendship blooms. Ayyub and Sophia may seem like polar opposites, but they share one thing in common; their need to feel needed.

She wanted freedom. He wanted loyalty. Together, they found something neither of them expected. Aaliyah Carter always played by the rules. Dante isn't like the boys Aaliyah grew up around. He's older, sharper, with eyes that carry the weight of the streets and a smile that makes her forget every warning she's ever heard. He's the kind of man her mama told her would break her heart and drag her down with him. And yet...he's the only one who makes her feel alive. But loving Dante comes with a price. His world is fast, dangerous, and filled with enemies who see Aaliyah as his weakness. And when secrets, loyalty, and betrayal collide, Aaliyah must decide- Will she fight for a love that could ruin her future? Or walk away from the only man who ever made her feel seen?
