Stiles, Lydia, Scott, Kira and Malia are on their way home from their second road trip to mexico. They had no luck in following the lead that was supposed to tell them more about Malia's family who weirdly enough had tried to contact Lydia from the other side to tell Malia the story about her family. Angry with Lydia for being a "useless clue" Malia takes off running into the night. Scott and Kira offers to follow her trail and Stiles + Lydia gets in the car to go home to Beacon Hills, but something unexpected happens and they are forced to take a detour.
