To complain is always nonacceptance of what is. It invariably carries an unconscious negative charge. When you complain, you make yourself into a victim. When you speak out, you are in your power. So change the situation by taking action or by speaking out if necessary or possible; leave the situation or accept it. All else is madness.

I have always thought that insanity is a necessity in life. We all have a little bit of insanity in ourselves. One does not simply go without madness or some type of insanity in life. We're all born with it. But maybe some of us just haven't shown it yet. It's all in us, every single one of us.
