M just a socially awkward kid with a messed up head, jumping from one ideal to another, feeling a rollercoaster of emotions. Sometimes they r so heavy and pressurising that they burst in some of the most unexpected ways.
What do you do when you have only known how to play a facade since years? What to do when u try and try and yet fail to communicate your struggles?
So hopefully this poem brings some comfort to those who struggle to talk about their problems. Hopefully this poem makes u feel understood, seen and heard.
Everyone experience different emotions. But they are all interconnected in a giant mesh. This poem is my side of that mesh. These r my struggles and thoughts. Funny how i have enough words to write a poem about them but not a single letter to describe it face to face to anyone else.

This book is for you, who wants to read about what life can be like, most of the times. This book has reminders, poetry, tips and tricks, quotes, texts about meaning with life, happy moment and even sad moments. A little bit of everything life can throw at you. I have no filter to this book. Which means it's raw and genuine, and that is the goal. (You don't necessarily have to read from start to finish) If you for an example have a bad day, I have a chapter for you about seeing it thru a different perspective than what people normally tell you. Or if you feel like you want to know what happiness is or feels like, I have different definition of that in different chapters for you my dear! There is a community of the spirit. Join it, and feel the delight of walking in the noisy street, and being the noise. Drink all your passion, and be a disgrace. Close both eyes to see with the other eye. Open your hands, if you want to be held. Sit down in this circle. Quit acting like a wolf, and feel the shepherd's love filling you. At night, your beloved wanders. Don't accept consolations. Close your mouth against food. Taste the food. You moan, "She left me." "He left me." Twenty more will come. Be empty of worrying. Think of who created thought! Why do you stay in prison when the door is so wide open? Move outside the tangle of fear-thinking. Live in silence. Flow down and down in always widening rings of being.
