Neteyam was shot, it wasn't a fever dream or a vision. It was real.
Luckily, he managed to escape death's grasp by a landslide, but that lead to a couple physical problems that may affect him for the better.
Because during recovery, all issues and injuries were set aside when he laid eyes on the most glorious girl he'd ever seen. The only problem now was that she didn't approve of his kind gestures, and she was playing hard to get. But only...maybe, a little something called love was growing on her for the kind, oblivious boy.
Meanwhile, Quaritch is planning his revenge on the Sully family. After witnessing how Jake and Neytiri reacted to their firstborn being gravely injured, going completely feral and stopping at nothing to kill him, he now knows the direct way to hurt the couple.
By hurting their kids.

The sully's lives have been through a lot with the attacks of Quaritch and moving homes and being welcomed into the Metkayina. Neteyam is in recovery after being shot during the war, Lo'ak blames himself for his brothers accident but the family doesn't look down on Lo'ak anymore his father sees him and he's less trouble. Kiri has a stronger connection to Eywa, helping to save her mother and sister as well as Aonung and Rotxo. Spider saved Quaritch and Quaritch will be back for revenge on the sully's. Tuk stays close to her mother and Neytiri protects her children while her children are growing and finding their mates with the Metkayina tribe.Complete

(Story written in 1st person, present tense) Where the strong currents of the Reef lead Ao'nung to the jungles, and there he meets an Omatikayan boy willing to help him get back home. *** Upon one of the usual father and son quarrels, Ao'nung decides he's had enough, and so he flees his home, beyond the reefs--the last place he's allowed to go to, or any water Na'vi for that matter. It's a forbidden place. A no-go zone. It was supposed to be a break to clear his head, far from home, but not too far. He was supposed to return. But within hours he's swept away in the strong currents and ends up somewhere he does not know of. The jungles. He wants to cry and plead forgiveness for his hard-headed choices, but soon an Omatikayan boy stumbles upon him and is ready to kill him. Ao'nung has spent too much time away from home and grows helpless. Fortunately, the Omatikayan boy has a change of heart and decides to help him and takes care of him in the meantime. Unfortunately, something called "love" forms between the two boys of completely different lifestyles and separate clans. Ao'nung is torn. What if neteyam wasn't the oldest of the sully siblings? What if he had an older sister? Always there to stop her siblings from getting in trouble whether it may be with their parents or far worse dangers. and when they have to move, leaving their home and everything they've ever known behind.
