Carmen is a Hispanic girl who lives in Texas 6 hours from the border of Mexico. She comes from a full-blooded Mexican family. She has three things she's good at and that is figure skating, art, and music. After a video of her skating at the ice rink in town she gets a scholarship to a private school in London.
