I wasn't always a happy child with a well-thought out plan for my future, but my life came crashing down when my soon to be husband suddenly died. A car crash is what many said, but I was very unsure of how likely it was to be. I suppose accidents can happen, so for years I wallowed in self-pity and grief since he was my childhood sweet heart. Unfortunately, he was a twin. His twin brother, Sylas Gilroy, was as close to him as I was, if not closer to my husband to be, Lyle Gilroy. Three years had passed since that day, and Sylas had never come around in that time frame after the funeral. It was the last time I had seen him, it hurt me to see someone else with his face. When he finally came out of the shadows for the family Christmas Eve party, something eerie ends up slipping up. Is there more to what meets the eye or is everything as it seems?

an almost decade old story. * "one tragedy changed their lives." a story with dialogues and minimal description, in which a boy ends up in the hospital after a car accident and his friend slowly collapsing under the weight of his tortured mind. but what actually happened that one fateful night and what other secrets will be unraveled? * two main male pov's, recognizable through italics and normal text. a story written unlike any other. i hope you'll find comfort in it just as much as i have. be aware that this is a realistic story. * slow-burn start, but it picks up. don't let the number of chapters fool you; the average reading time for each is less than a minute . i came up with the story of the two friends when i was still quite young and i'm by no means a writer, so it deeply apologize if it sucks ass. feel free to vote and comment or point out any spelling mistakes or confusing paragraphs. it needs some editing and possibly some small changes or added chapters for clarity and better character development, but as for now, this first completed story will do. original story: around 2014. first upload: 2020. re-upload: 2023.Lengkap

My Life
This would be really boring. You don't need to waste time reading this. Not just boring, it might be even heartbreaking. The story was still going on, and therefore I had no idea whether it would end in a tragedy or not, but I had a feeling it would. And it did. We broke up under the striking, burning sun of 19th September, 2016. I write usually in a monotone description, therefore don't judge if you read this. My name is Rue, and I wish my life could be like the picture I put as a cover of my story, colourful, calm, and with a soulmate who keeps loving me all the way. However, things never happen as what we would like them to happen. I don't love my life, but I want to remember all that once happened. I want to look back one day, when I'm fully grown, and smile or tell my old self right now that I'm dumb. Mostly and lastly, I just want to remember him, the one I very much remember right now, but will fade in times to come.
