It's been two years since Rose Mason lost her best friend. Since then, she has graduated from high school and has been accepted into her dream college in New York. She is studying photography while her boyfriend, Jace, is out partying all night long. With all the stress from school and Jace, all Rose wants is a break. She finds that one day when the TV is left on. Rose finds out the well known boyband One Direction is coming into town. As she watches the show, she realizes who is part of that band: Liam Payne - also known as her former best friend. The former best friends meet again and begin reconnecting. The main thing Liam cares about is Jace, the one responsible for splitting them up. As the two begin to catch up, accusations of personal feelings come into play. Will Rose ever get the break she's been dying for? Will Liam finally come to realization that he has been hiding something?
