It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a single woman in possession of a free mind, must be in want of a superhero.

Pride and Prejudice and Superheroes is the first book in my sci-fi/English-classics mashup trilogy before the second book Skylar Holmes: The Last Hope and; and the third book, Starship Wuthering Heights.

Read T. J. P. Campbell's popular novel merging Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice with cinematic space opera sci-fi. Can the characters of Pride and Prejudice save the Earth from an alien invasion? They may have a chance as a third-party alien race called the Equalisers gifts them an array of superpowers and a starship.

Pride and Prejudice and Superheroes is a 135,000 word mash-up sci-fi/Regency superhero novel by T. J. P. Campbell.

"This novel is a must for readers who wish to experience the English language in all its creative and stylish splendour. Expect to revisit all your favourite Austen characters as well as Campbell's fascinating newly created ones. Moreover, even in a world of superpowers and starships, Mrs Bennet is determined to win what she sees as the 'War of Marriage' and see her daughters somehow married off to wealthy men."

**This Wattpad novel version shows the opening handful of chapters which is less than 10% of the full novel as I am selling through KDP (Amazon/Kindle)**

"In vain have I struggled. It will not do. My feelings will not be repressed. You must allow me to tell you how ardently I admire and love you." -Pride and Prejudice. -Jane Austen. Allison Waters is a girl as simple as they come, atleast that's what she believed. And to be honest she did enjoy a simple life for the past two years. All she wanted to pass her senior year in peace and be happy in life. What she wasn't expecting was to be back in town with a certain Greek God of a Devil acting more annoying than ever... Calling him tall dark and handsome would be the understatement of the century. He is the arrogant quarterback and one of the most popular guys in shcool. He is as I mention previously the reincarnation of the devil in his actions and a Greek God in the looks department, with startling blue eyes, a sinful body and gorgeous hair, who may at different times define the words Cocky and Adorable. Quite a contrast isn't it? Well that's who he is, or for that matter how we all are... a bit of both. Ashton Fobes is Alli's bestfriend, well Ex-Bestfriend, he is also her arch nemisis, her sworn enemy, but he is also the only one who can make her push her limits and challenge her in ways she never thought possible. Soon they were playing with Cupid's arrows trying to set up the unlikeliest couple imaginable, but what they seemed to have forgotten was Fate's wierd sense of humor and so it turned out while they were playing with Cupid's Arrows, he was aiming them at these two instead. Ps: I have now unpublished most of the chapters. Highest Ranking: 30, 35, 50 in teen fiction. 32, 66 in ChickLit. 46, 47, 78 in humor.

Pride and Prejudice novel of manners byJane Austen, first published in 1813. The story follows the main character, Elizabeth Bennet, as she deals with issues manners, upbringing, morality, education, and marriage in the society of the landed gentry of theBritish Regency. Elizabeth is the second of five daughters of a country gentleman living near the fictional town of Meryton in Hertfordshire, near London. Page 2 of a letter from Jane Austen to her sister Cassandra (11 June 1799) in which she first mentions Pride and Prejudice, using its working title First Impressions. (NLA) Set in England in the early 19th century, Pride and Prejudice tells the story of Mr and Mrs Bennet's five unmarried daughters after the rich and eligible Mr Bingley and his status-conscious friend, Mr Darcy, have moved into their neighbourhood. While Bingley takes an immediate liking to the eldest Bennet daughter, Jane, Darcy has difficulty adapting to local society and repeatedly clashes with the second-eldest Bennet daughter, Elizabeth.Though Austen set the story at the turn of the 19th century, it retains a fascination for modern readers, continuing near the top of lists of "most loved books." It has become one of the most popular novels in English literature, selling over 20 million copies, and receives considerable attention from literary scholars. Modern interest in the book has resulted in a number of dramatic adaptations and an abundance of novels and stories imitating Austen's memorable characters or themes.

Destiny, some people believe in her, some people don't. For Korn and Knock, the hidden power that controls what will happen in the future is already hard at work and predetermined. This Goddess of Kismet proves herself to be unstoppable. An inevitable and irresistible course of events binds the pair to their fate. I have excluded the norms of society and have written it as if there was no controversy surrounding homosexuality. There are no "coming out" aspects to it. I ask that you suspend today's mindset on the subject and accept, in this story, there is no animosity, bias or bigotry. This is the third in a series of novel Adaptations. The original Jane Austen novel was titled "Persuasion." It was published in 1817, six months after her death, her last completed work. All photos used, ctto
