2 years go by after the Mr. Freeze chaos, and the people are still not too fond of the Batman. Bruce is a bit more experienced now with 3 years full of chaos such as Anarky, Penguin, Riddler, and Mr. Freeze. But now, one of the Caped Crusader's most personal and deadliest villains will join the Rogue's Gallery. Two of them, poisonous.
