in which mariana parker, the world's most powerful being, returns back to new orleans, louisiana; after being contacted by her twin, hope mikaelson. the original siblings were still possessed by 1/4th of the hollow who wanted both of the twins' power. hope wanted her family together again and mariana wanted the hollow gone. talk about a family reunion.

as for scott mccall and his pack, would they really let her do such a dangerous mission alone? stiles stilinski for one, would not. especially when he was one of the main reasons she fled from beacon hills, california in the first place.
