Remake of my story "Irrational Love". It shares similarities with it but it's a lot different at the same time so I promise it won't feel like you're reading the same thing (if you read it previously that is).
Summery: [AU] Komaeda is a famous writer while Hinata is his devoted fan. He loves his books and looks up to him unaware of how Komaeda feels about him and of his own feelings which slowly develop with each of their encounters. Hinata also has a supportive friend, Souda!

Hajime Hinata is on a class trip to Jabberwock Island with ultimate students at Hope's peak academy. Although he's with kids from school and would most likely get along with them...he feels a strange awkwardness when around them. There's a catch though, Hajime isn't really like the others; he doesn't have an ultimate. Because of that, he thinks the others might look down on him. But there is one student that looks down on him the most, Nagito Komaeda: the ultimate lucky student. He believes since Hajime doesn't have a talent, he's not valid like everyone else and decides to put him down for something he can't control. Hajime just wants to be friends with everyone, but because this inconvenience he's very insecure about being around the others, and distances himself. Nagito Komaeda and Hajime Hinata had met, only when they were the young age of five. They were friends for about five years, Hinata was the only friend Komaeda was lucky enough to have back then. Hinata still doesn't quite remember the other, but, he feels as though the other is much too familiar, while Nagito remembers him clearly and tries to help Hajime remember. It's not fun to date the person who takes part in the Kamukura project. Basically, Komaeda and Hinata are a couple and Hinata gets the surgery. Hinata's strong feelings for Komaeda (sort of) carry over to Kamukura.
