Shiori Kawano is a girl charged with mass-murder. She killed 26 people in one night and is only eighteen. There was no gun found at the crimescene.
There was no weapon of any sort. No one ever figured out how or why she did it, but they all know Shiori is to blame.
She is sent to Deadman Wonderland and put on Death Row, but there they find out her secret.
She uses her blood as a weapon.
Quickly the word about this gets to the promoter and she becomes the Dove of Deadman Wonderland, the newest Deadman in G-Ward.
But her powers are more uncontrollable than everyone thinks
