Deplorable Instinct is a psychology based horror book aimed at pushing the boundaries of shocking fictional content. The book surrounds 15 year old protagonist Ethan Wright, who finds himself deeply disturbed by the thoughts and actions of others. Leading him down a path of self pity and delusion that becomes highly dangerous. He starts attempting to murder fellow classmates until eventually escalating his tactics into a full blown massacre.
In this "demo chapter" showcasing the final draft of Chapter 1, it introduces Ethan Wright, a troubled and manipulative teenager at Oakmont High School. He takes pleasure in causing chaos, mocking classmates, and evading authority. At home, he covers up his misdeeds and exhibits misogynistic tendencies. The chapter sets the stage for a dark and psychologically intense narrative as readers witness the disturbing thoughts and actions of this troubled protagonist.
