The Philippines got Isekai'd. 

Confusion marred his brain as Isao struggled to understand the gravity of this situation.

A whole country... transferred to another world?

He could understand vehicles, huge futuristic robots, a village, monastery, a whole campus, or large groups of people being sent to other worlds. But it's different if the entirety of the Philippines, from Batanes to Jolo, and everything in there suddenly vanished on Earth.

Add becoming the First Filipino Dungeon Master to the mix, and the young man doesn't know what to do anymore.

But wait, there's more. His suffering doesn't end there. In just a few hours, a monster horde would appear in the Philippines after the grace period is over. Isao scrambled to find a summon as soon as possible to defend the village with his limited DP.

And to deal the finishing blow to Isao, he find out - in the middle of the village defense, no less - that the other Filipinos have two different designations, such as: Players and Non Player Characters(NPC's). As well as different systems with which they would use to survive in this whole new world. From various RPG genres: classics, Tabletop RPG, Tactical RPG etc, etc; Survival; Military Simulation; City Building Sim; Cultivation system and many other systems from games to whatever he might find in the near future.
