And as they begin to work together to solve The Coffee Bean's problems, to prepare for a child that neither of them expected to have, they find themselves pushed closer and closer together than either of them had imagined. With the unexpected arrival of Emmy's parents, whom she hasn't spoken to in nearly ten years, comes further complications - questions and anxieties that could break Emmy and Ben apart for good. But the ghost at The Coffee Bean isn't finished with them yet, and as they uncover the meaning of her haunting and communication, they learn more about their own relationship.
