A girl at 12 years of age moved to Illinois to get away from her drug excuse of a mother so she can create a better life for her sisters.

She soon utterly experiences work ethic and life struggles trying to raise her two kid sisters as well as herself while still in school.

She stumbles across another family in a similar situation while living next door to a family of ganged violence.

She wonders if she'll make it through due to the epic love triangle she falls under creating more troubling obstacles for her and her kid sisters.

Will it all work out.
