One day, a mysterious man appeared in front of council O5, going through each and every security measure as if he had not even gone through them. This man showed what he was capable of, to the point that the O5 council had no choice but to listen to him, his request was simple, let him work within the foundation as a field agent in charge of subjugating or capturing any dangerous or problematic scp, being able to help in their containment and care as well as providing his resources, Knowledge and skills to the foundation, under a three conditions. 

-One, it's existence within the foundation should not be a secret and will be free to move between the various scp facilities 
-Two, he will be free to do whatever he wants as long as it does not harm the foundation
-Three, he will be free to have intercourse with any scp of his choice, under the promise that he will not harm them and will only be with the consent of both individuals
