I live in the state that is so boring people become astronauts and leave the planet, but normal people know it as Ohio and in Ohio we have a strenuous competition for 7th and 8th grade writers called Power of the Pen. During Power of the Pen, judges give a group of children a prompt and 40 minutes to write it. It starts at District then goes to Regionals and then State. Finger Paintings (REBOOT) by FentonGizmo

After MePhone4 mysteriously dissapeared, the remaining contestants were sent back to Hotel OJ. People picked up new interests, Fan became a famous internet blogger, Suitcase and Balloon became detectives, Test Tube continued her science experiments, ect ect... But what about Paintbrush? That *is* who this story is about, is it not? Yes yes, of course. How would we forget our beloved Paintbrush, famous across all of the seasons of II. What happened to them? Well, they started an art class, every wednesday they would help their students get better at painting. But soon enough, they found a new interest. Finger Painting. They loved how much control they had, they loved how easy it was to glide their finger against the canvas. One day, they accidentally spilt some blood onto their canvas. They tried to rub it away, but.. It felt good. Even better than paint. They loved the feeling of the blood against the canvas, rubbing into it and creating an amazing picture. How could they not like it? But they couldn't use it again, they could use a substitute. And so they would. ~~~~~ ah yes, im better at writing now how did that happen? since im better at writing i thought, why not rewrite my most popular book? its not like its ahha its not like ive got 3 other things to do so yeah finger paintings reboot was born also the death orders might be a little different i will not be making a reboot of revival (unless its highly requested). The ending to this is going to be very different, and will not need a second story. Balloon goes to Insanity High school, where everyone tends to be messed up in some way. At first, he thought the only way to fit in was to be rude and bossy, but now that he is trying to change. Despite his efforts, nobody likes him (and his high-pitched voice surely doesn't help), not even himself. That's when 'she' moves into town. He sees this as a chance to have a fresh start, make a friend for once. But will it happen, or will his own mind tear him down first? (WARNING: there will be swearing, drug use, lots of drama, and suicide attempts) Inanimate Insanity belongs to Adam Katz and AnimationEpic.

A soulmate AU where starting from your 18th birthday, anything you write or draw on your skin appears on the skin of your soulmate. Pencil wouldn't say this out loud, but she didn't really like the idea of soulmates. Sure, for some they get married and are happy for the rest of eternity. But there are so many things that could go wrong too. Like for example, a girl named flower, one of the more popular kids at pencil's school, never got the chance to meet her soulmate because they died in a tragic car accident when they were really young. But that wasn't the only reason pencil was against the idea of soulmates. She's in love with her best friend match. And she's terrified that match will finally turn 18, meet her soulmate, and leave pencil behind. Cover art done by my good friend Sol! Thank ya dude :D

Amnesia: The Painter's Prison [An OSC AU] by SodaTea2021

After the disappearance of three of their friends, Paintbrush awakens to find themselves in an unknown location, with nothing but a lantern to combat the darkness and nothing but their thoughts to keep them company. Now they need to find their way out. And yet...they aren't alone. Oh yeah I forgot to mention this is kind of a crossover story. Different characters from other object shows will be making cameo appearances and some of them will have major roles. ⚠️THIS FIC CONTAINS DARK SUBJECTS⚠️
