Only one of Gotham's vigilantes is active during the day. In order to keep Gotham safe, GCPD's all-around-the-clock SWAT team protects its citizens when Batman cannot.

Ruth le Vont's greatest achievement is being one of the best snipers alive. Joining the Army straight after high school graduation and serving as a sniper with the Green Berets for almost three years before her brother's accident taught her how to expertly handle a sniper rifle. Then she joined the GCPD to stay near her brother, and shortly after joined the SWAT team due to her skills.

It wasn't in her bucket list to kill the Joker and become one of the most famous - or infamous - people in Gotham.

Other than that, Ruth is perfectly normal. 
Her dogs, on the other hand? Not so much.

But that was never enough. It never will be. By the end of the day, no matter what they did, Dick was still dead. Well, at least he was to them. When bodies start dropping all over Gotham, each one leaving a message for the mighty Batman, people start asking questions. Little Cathleen could only lay there motionless and watch, whilst slipping into a coma. She slept for a year, but then woke up. The doctors didn't know how to console the traumatized six year old girl, so they let her cry it out. Once she was able to leave the hospital, she was sent to Juvi, because all of Gotham's orphanages where full. She was in Juvi for a year, before taken hostage by Joker. That's when she met Batman, and Red Robin, and Red Hood, And Nightwing. They saved her, they notice that she shouldn't be in Juvi, so they bring her to an orphanage. Cathleen was adopted by Bruce Wayne the following week, now, it's time for her new life to begin. I own story line. Don't be haters!
