As for things that happen in the show once, on top of going with trans Butters, Eric Cartman will also have heterochromia referencing to that one episode where he has one of Kenny's eyes. So Eric has one brown eye and one blue eye. Though I don't mention it often, Kyle is a type 1 diabetic in this. And Stan has asthma. Headcanons Stan and Kyle share clothes. Oh my god, this was written in fifth grade (with attempts to edit and fix it in 9th before promptly giving up) and I thought it was peak writing at the time. That name is the name of your soulmate. The only problem with him is that his soulmate is another guy, Ryan Creak, and it keeps changing. Although it's pretty normal to have gay people around, Alexander is an exception. No one chooses to do anything when seeing him be attacked by people due to his sexuality. Everyone sees him the same way. A gay, lifeless, freak. It's highly uncommon to have the condition he has and since no one is used to it, they choose to fight it. Fight him.
