Bentley, The Sniffiest Dog. Survivor of Dead Dog Beach

Imagine following in the paws a helpless newborn stray puppy true along Dead Dog Beach leading him into the ruins of an old pier of Play de Guayan'es known as Sato Beach.

Sato means "street dog". Located on the southeastern side of Puerto Rico stretching hundreds of miles with no fresh water and where food is sparse; it is unimaginable to say the least.

Hershey, now Bentley's official rabies vaccination certificate dated March 22, 2019 estimates he was a scant 7 months old when he was dropped off at Amigos de los Animales shelter en Torrecilla Baja, or
Bell Tower Beach.

His social-emotional and physiological journey stirs up credible scenarios of his instinctive means of survival, being tenacious in his will t endure and battling the odds of basic human and animal needs.
