Wishing on Elevens

When Mercer University nursing student, Kiera Lawson, is paired up with the school's star quarterback, Caine Abrams, for a mock physical exam nearly half her grade, she's quick to write him off as emotionally unavailable and a flirt to a fault. Even though he's easily the hottest guy on campus, Kiera's got a million reasons not to fall for him. Firstly, her roommate, Fiona, had a quick fling with him and is nowhere near getting over him. Kiera's had to endure weeks of non-stop groveling and pining and she's had enough of it-and him. Secondly, Caine's eligible for the NFL draft in the spring, which means that there's no chance at a future for them.

However, as Caine starts to pop up in Kiera's life more than she originally anticipated, she can't help but to fall for his charm, even if she knows they can't last. It doesn't take long for her to finally drop her guard and give into Caine, but can they defy the odds?
