When Jesus of Nazareth walked the earth He chose twelve men to be His disciples and to carry on His teachings after His death and resurrection. Judas Iscariot betrayed Him and ultimately caused Jesus to be condemed to die on the cross. Another disciple had followed Jesus after He had been arrested and taken before the night council...his name was Simon Peter. While warming himself by the night fire in Jerusalem, he was accused of being a follower of Jesus on three seperate occasions and had denied that he even knew Jesus. Jesus had told him earlier that before the rooster crowed Peter would deny Him three times. Overcome with turmoil of mind and bitter anguish Peter begins to remember back to his first meeting with Jesus and His miracles causing Peter to become heartwrenched.
