The Doctor has been hunting for the last remains of the Cybermen following the effects of the Last Great Time War. Having been almost entirely wiped out during the war, the Cybermen are made vulnerable and therefore even more dangerous for their need to survive and regrow their population. Having hidden out on Earth to a destination in South London, the Cybermen soon begin to make their plans. Kidnapping innocent children and civilians off the street, the Cybermen soon take to their conquest of the Earth...

As events worsen in London, and more disappearances and unusual happenings occur, the Doctor is forced to cooperate with the military to defeat the Cybermen. The army soon falls into the hands of the Cybermen's deceit and manipulation. In the skirmish between Earth's forces and theirs, the Cybermen create a creature that is capable of feelings and emotions, for good or for evil. The Doctor is forced to question whether he allows the Cybermen to adapt themselves to bring help to the universe, or whether this will bring about the extinction of the Cybermen...

As the Time War rages for the sake of the whole of the creation, the Daleks infiltrate time and space to change the course of events in their aid to bring about the destruction of the Time Lords and fulfil their supreme role within the universe. The War Doctor delves into the past, present, and future of the Dalek race to find a weakness or a preventative in ending the Last Great Time War. When analysing the events of past timelines, the Doctor discovers the horror of the plans the Daleks lay for the Time Lords and the rest of the universe, engineered by dreaded Dalek creator Davros himself... As disturbing and frightening events are made possible, the Doctor and Davros are taken on a journey which sees the two forge and collaborate to bring the Time War to an end. Their differences remain unsettled, and the pair would hardly willingly work with each other, but the Doctor and Davros believe in preventing the Time War from destroying all forms of life in the universe - Time Lord and Dalek alike. We see Davros begin to die. His bodily organs and life support systems give in to the struggles of his crippled, decayed physical state. The fates of the Doctor and Davros are planned. Davros is prepared to advance to the survival of his people at any cost. All that matters to Davros now is the continued strength of the Daleks in becoming the supreme beings, with or without the Doctor's help... *Includes bonus Daleks! The Second Doctor is on the cusp of regeneration. Now the Time Lords had gotten to him, the Doctor was placed inside the TARDIS and sent to begin the next part of his sentence - the change of appearance. The Doctor begins regenerating, but the TARDIS is drawn off course and the regeneration is postponed as a new evil begins to grow. The entire life of the Doctor is placed in jeopardy as are his old friends; Jamie, Zoe, Victoria, Ben, and Polly are all doomed... A parallel alternate race of War Lords, with the members of their race doubles in every detail, begin to bring about the destruction of the Time Lords. Then, nobody will be able to prevent them from building armies across the universe to wage war with each other. The Second Doctor must now use his manipulative and child-like characteristics one last time in order to save the universe. The consequences of this will place a heavy burden on the Doctor for centuries to come... Based on the original BBC TV series. A CaptainThunderWho Century 22 Production.
