Madara and Naruto are toe to toe in a battle to decide the fate of the Shinobi world. Madara currently has the upper hand, but not for long. Naruto is completely depleted of chakra and has nobody to back him up. His teammates are all dead. Pain, physically and emotionally, racks his body as he lies in a pool of blood. Madara assumes him unable to do anything and watches as the blonde Jinchuriki slowly bleeds out before his eyes. 

Suddenly, Kurama sends the teenager back in time with a last-minute jutsu. Naruto wakes up in a forest.
