When a terrible blizzard strikes near Duluth unexpectedly a week before Christmas, Thomas is perfectly happy to be safe and warm in his woodland cabin with his sister. That is until two handsome strangers show up at their door seeking shelter.

Newt, the famous singer/songwriter is rather pissed when his car breaks down in the middle of the woods, and he and his agent, Minho, have to leave and seek shelter in the nearest building for the remainder of the storm.

But as Thomas and Newt begin to grow closer, will Newt be able to handle leaving him behind once the snow stops? Can he ever truly be with Thomas?
After all, fame comes with a price.

Storm Clouds// newtmas fanfiction

21 parts Complete

Thomas and Newt decide to meet up, with some other friends, and investigate an abandoned building out in the middle of nowhere. The idea was Thomas' but if he'd known what was to come, both good and very, very bad, he may never have asked anyone to go. That would mean all of the close moments the two boys shared, like when they had lent in to kiss, would never have happened. The question was, would it have been worth it to call the whole trip off, when it would prevent Newt and Thomas from falling for each other but also stop the storm from causing so much pain for the boys? Newtmas fluff and angst :) Also, I don't own any of these characters, they belong to James Dashner. Started: 01/09/2018 Sort of finished: 30/01/2019 (I have a part two idea. Comment or message me and I'll write it)
