Their first high school year only started for them, but the murderous group that was once in America named 'The Despairs' had travelled to Japan, and was followed them was none other than the young detectives Shuichi with his non-biological sibling Tsumugi. They both enrolled in the same high school as Kokichi and his friends and things happened. Now how will this go as Shuichi and Kokichi solve things out while Shuichi's on the road to getting the Despairs to justice? Despite the horrible memories, he gets out and tries to meet other people where he not only see familiar faces, such as Shuichi and Kaito but also unfamiliar ones such as Chihiro, Sakura and much more. The last thing he wanted is being stuck in another killing game with now 47 other people, and making sure it doesn't happened again, he has no choice, but to play the hero this time as much as he prefer playing the villain, he's gonna play the hero this time around to make sure to lessen the casualties
