Hey everyone, Nicky/Ash here, lately I've been inflicted with death. One of my closest friends died. In honor of him. I decided to make a story about this. Keep in mind, this is from HIS experience, I've noticed that a lot of people hate on other stories because it's tacky or cause the MC isn't smart. so keep in mind this is about him. his story and experience and life. and obviously this wouldn't be my story if this didn't happen in the MHA universe. enjoy everyone.

"I need to talk to you Elly" "Why?!" "I know that you're my mate" I laughed sarcastically. "What?! Are you trying to make fun of me again like you did two years ago?" I was falling, falling to my death. The wind, taking my breath as I yelled to my friends for help. "Anha! Risa! H-Help me, please, help me!" They stood looking down on me from the top of the cliff . Their faces changing from normal to bloodied and mangled and back again. They laughed at me. "It should have been you who fell Kyamyi." They said, their faces staying mangled this time. "You did this to us, so now were giving you what you deserve." I squeezed my eyes shut waiting for the inevitable impact with the bottom of the cliff. But what I hit was not the cold stone of the cliff, It was soft, warm dirt. When I opened my eyes I did not see the dark claustrophobic walls of the cliff, but green forest all around. When I lifted my head I could see what looked like a fire in the distance, but I wouldn't find out if it was fire or not, because I woke up. In the Given series we get to know Mafuyu Sato's tragic past with his childhood friend/lover. This is just my own original character fanfic about a girl that was also his childhood friend. It's a short one shot about love, betrayal and pain. There are triggers about sexual abuse, physical abuse and suicide. Mika Ito is the original character. A young girl who is abused by her father, she meets the boys the same day they meet (ya know what I mean). Her feelings grow for Mafuyu more than friendship and she confesses to him. Have you ever had one of those terrible yet annoyingly pivotal moments? You know, that monumental fragment of time that flips everything you have ever known. That plot twist second that completely takes you by surprise. The one just before the storm hits and everything goes to hell. Yes? Because you see, that moment happens to be my whole damn life. It wasn't always like this though. I used to have a pretty mundane existence, happy to just get good grades and be around my friends. God I wish I could get that simplicity back, I'd never complain it was boring again. But I know I'm not going to ever get back my old life because well... I died. (Kinda) But I woke up. And I was thrilled, beyond grateful I wasn't dead. But then I realized that there was one minor detail that had changed about my reality. I was given the chance to live but it turns out I woke up as the villainess in an otome game my friend used to be obsessed with - Kingdom of freaking Hearts (I added the freaking in there for effect, it's just Kingdom of Hearts) Where, for the record, the villainess only has two possible endings 1) execution and 2) getting exiled. So Fate was like, "Don't worry, I'll save you. Here's a chance to live" and then was like "psyche, screw you. You're still going to die but I'll let you suffer a little first." So now, if only to annoy Fate by proving it wrong, I am determined to survive. I can and I will if I play by these simple rules: 1) Befriend Heroin 2) Avoid Aryn Edwards at All Costs as well as other capture targets And 3) Be the top student at the academy and become an invaluable asset to my Kingdom so I become indispensable, thus unkillable. I'm determined, stubborn, persistent and I will live passed 16. Fate made a big mistake setting me up to die. Since it threw this plot twist at me, I figure I'll return the favor.
