Abyssmare, a DJ unit from America, causes a stir in Japan. Every DJ unit they compete against ends in total annihilation, with a total of 0 votes going towards their challengers. On top of that, people who attend their concerts claim to be in a trance while listening to their performance. ABIS special agent Kaname Date (pronounced Dah-Tay) could not care any less about this. However, after internet sensation Iris "A-Set" Sagan experiences a nightmare after seeing Abyssmare live, Date dives into her Somnium - a world created by people's dreams - and learns that there may be more to that DJ unit than he initially suspected.
