How I thought it was meaningless and how everything fell in place by itself.

What started as an innocent lie, trapped them into a marriage, entwining their fates with unexpected partners. But here's the catch, the marriage won't last forever, the holy bond wasn't so holy, a contractual bond emerged, benefitted them both and bound them together, at least for a while. Falling in love was thrown out of the window the moment she signed the contract, she wasn't going to fall in love with an egoistic, arrogant and self-centred-asshole of a lawyer anyways. β’β’β’ "No love drama, right?" (not edited) This is the book I never even admired. It was more like a journal for me-just ranting and never meant to be published. I only uploaded it so that my friend could read it, and I never imagined people would actually love it. So, it's nothing like Whispered Vows-that's the book I poured my heart and soul into, dedicating 5-6 months completely. So please, don't judge me by this book π!! It was written when I was a teen and remained just a draft for almost a year from 2022 to 2024. Unwritten Bond
Her hand trembles when she is about to sign the marriage papers. The very mention of the word marriage reminds her of her past, her first marriage. She had not even peacefully come out of her previous toxic marriage and she is pushing herself into the same hell again. But then fighting with her thoughts, she takes a deep breath and signs the marriage papers and a tear comes out of her eyes as she is not ready to face again all that she faced in her previous marriage. βββββββ " Never forget, the day you break even a single rule of this marriage, I will divorce you and after that you know the consequences." He says after signing their marriage papers And his heart feels heavy as he says these insensitive words to her because after getting her he cannot even think of divorcing her, Divorcing her, isn't even the last thing he would do but still he has no other option except putting this condition before her. Riona. In case you haven't guessed by now, that's me. This is my story. And I'm going to start from the very beginning, so you can get the full picture. They say we're not defined by our past. But I believe that the past is what makes you who you are. It moulds you. It sticks with you no matter how far ahead in life you get. And then, it catches up to you, putting you in a chokehold you can't possibly get out of. In my case, my past is very messy. I don't like it, but I also can't seem to shake it off. Almost ten years down the line, and I'm still in the same position, making the same decisions. I thought I'd changed. I thought I was better. Little did I know, that I was just building up to get worse. I'm not like most people, I don't function the same way you do but I believe that it is for the best. I don't see myself ever being normal. Normal is boring, crazy is fun. Crazy is what I do.Concluida
