Mystery
The small alley was dark and dirty but Violet doesn't have any option but to run through it. She took a bag that was inside their old house, put it safely inside her jacket and now she's being chased by a group of men who were trying to go after what she is carrying. Violet ran as fast as she can and she can almost see the bustling road at the end of the alley. One of the men chasing her almost grabbed her jacket but Violet was faster. Reaching the busy road, she ran through the cars coming and faded into the busy road. Since her mother was missing, Violet's smile was gone. She became a silent person and always on the edge. She rarely goes out and her wardrobe seemed to change from the flowery and bright colors to black and from dresses to black hoodies and pants. Violet was said to be outgoing and a happy friendly person but now, she never spoke much and had cut off friends from her circle. The house was always dark and curtains were down and every night not a single light can be seen through the windows. Violet mostly kept inside her room, writing nonstop as to what happened. She tried to recall the events that took place and what she missed. She couldn't speak to her friends as they too wouldn't be able to help. However, from time to time she was chatting with someone online, a person who she asks for help or gather advices but the identity of this person is also unknown to Violet herself. /*Going back to the past*/ Violet was an orphan raised by her adoptive mom. She knew her mom was married but Violet rarely sees the man. They weren't well off but Violet's mom always made sure that she gave Violet the best life she could possibly give. One day, Violet woke up with her mom missing. She tries to recollect the events that happened in the past and the crumbs that were left unnoticed. What happened? Who took her mother? Who were the people that were chasing her? So many questions that aren't answered. One by one will be unraveled while searching the mist.

This story is not getting the attention it deserves, so I am attempting to "re-brand" it. Maybe no one "gets" it. If you want to read about "Normal" teenagers, maybe this isn't for you, it's more complicated than that. It's about a teenager who doesn't fit it, but doesn't want to, who has the best two friends that anyone could have. Who watched his father lose his job in the Recession and then loses his home, and how he copes, especially when he learns that their new house is haunted and the ghost is in his room. Michael was an average kid, although he's always stood out. He was a school jock but also a skater whose long blond hair almost reaches his waist. When his parents lived in a house in a home owners association like all his other friends, life seemed normal. Then his father lost his job and suddenly those "friends" weren't there anymore--except for his two best friends, Short Round and Dewey. The three are skaters, good ones, who live for girls and their skateboards. They're also basically good kids who take pride in being different without paying attention to it. When Michael loses his home and his family has to move they have his back. And they are there for him when the ghost girl starts following him around. Mariah was murdered when she was just 15, her remains were never found, although no one but her and her ghost friend, Crazy Girl, know where their bodies are buried. The house Michael now lives in is the one where she lived with her family, and her old room is now his. She appears to him one night, trying to taunt him, but against her will she is falling in love with the boy who lives in her old room. Slowly the two begin to fall in love and Mariah tells him her story, and of the hidden danger that lies up the street from him. A dangerous strangers loves to kill little girls, and his sister Kit
