Miles Morales couldn't understand Gwen's obsession with Hobie Brown. The mere thought of the guy made him want to pull his hair out. The way Gwen kicked her feet and giggled like a schoolgirl whenever he appeared annoyed him to no end. The punk's very presence annoyed Miles, but what bothered him even more was the fact that Gwen was obsessed with him. What would it take for him to realize that it was never loathing, but something else?
