It's been another 1 years since bowser escaped And he's been hiding still thinking about Sophia and His son.

but when Sophia finally gets married to donkey Kong, it's bowser's turn to crash the wedding, he kidnapped Sophia and gets his son back, force to marry bowser again.

So it up to Mario and Luigi to save her again, but along the way they make new friends: Cappy and his twin brother.

So the they join forces together, the Mario bros and Cappy bros explore the various kingdoms to save their sisters and battle perilous threats that try to stop them.
