For some reason people don't like to talk about mental illness. Mental illness is real and needs to be taken seriously. Everyday there are hundreds of thousands of people fighting battles and trying their best to stay strong. People are afraid to seek the help they deserve. I decided to speak up and be the voice for those who are afraid to. This is my story with having anxiety.

Many people suffer from mental health issues, and have for a long time. We have lost loves ones, friends, and strangers to this issue. We suffer with them, we watch as they struggle, we do our best to help however we can. In some cases we are successful, in some cases we are not. This story is for those of you who may suffer, and those of you who may know someone that has or is suffering. Please know you are not alone.
