Being an unclaimed twelve year old girl in Camp Halfblood wasn't as bad as it sounded, but considering Neppy was an year-rounder since the age of six it wasn't exactly nice.
She knew who her dad was, of course she knew but he didn't want to claim her, she didn't really mind though. She could have it worse. But she gets furious when a certain son of Poseidon gets claimed at his first week.
She decides to hate him wholeheartedly.
