Coming from a rich family, Ridge Grail moves a lot until his father, Theodore Grail settled in the big city of Atlanta. Eventually becoming a political through connections. Ridge who has always been home schooled for security reasons is forced start his sophomore in Atlanta high by his father to prove his trust for the city.
First day of school instantly makes him know as the "sophomore fem boy" is when he is shamed for wearing pink converses , to school after his father specifically warned him not to by the basketball captain and bully of the younger, Lancelot Reins.
When Ridges father forces him to join basketball club, although being a shortstack, His rivalry between Lance begins to grow but they learn to know each other after one fatal injury.
