Chicago. The Windy City. Whatever you want to call it. It's a main tourist destination in America. But there are inner workings of the city that few know about. These are the Elite 59. They are the politicians, leaders, gang leaders, and drug dealers of Chicago. Gillian and Jack are a young couple from Texas with other actors like them. As they are walking back from there final performance there is an attempt on her life. Her family pissed of the wrong people, and now the Elite 59 are on there trail.
