Donovan Gurnsey, he lived close to the big city, but that wasn't enough. It seemed like everything in this city was against him. His dad had left him when he was 9, and his mom always left for days at a time and was an alcoholic. He had a little sister, Pierson, who he spent most of his time after school caring for. He loved her without a doubt, she was all he had. Whenever his mom would come home, he would take the beating for her.
He can barely provide for himself and his sister, and whenever his mom finally comes home, she takes everything and leaves yet again. Making his situation even worse.
Hopefully something will pull him out of this mess, or maybe, someone.
