❝ 𝐴 𝑤ℎ𝑖𝑡𝑒 𝑟𝑜𝑠𝑒, 𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑛𝑑𝑠 𝑓𝑜𝑟 𝑠𝑒𝑐𝑟𝑒𝑡 𝑙𝑜𝑣𝑒. ❞ Anna read out loud, while I was staring at the flower that Lord Tewksbury gave me. ❁ I always was sort of different. It wasn't my looks, my health or my social status. It was my mind. I am sick of men telling us, women, what to do. I am sick of my mother telling me to find myself a rich husband. I am sick of my Father being a member of the house of lords but I still won't be the person following him, even though I am the oldest. And why is that? Because I am a woman and that is the only reason. But I decided to defend myself. I decided to make a difference. My plan was to make women join protests against the sexism going on. To inspire them to defend themselves and I was going to achieve my goal even if it meant that I would have to leave behind everything. I only made one rule for myself to follow: don't fall in love. But when I met the Viscount Tewksbury of Basilweather, I quickly knew that I had to focus so I wouldn't break that rule. #5 in SherlockHolmes (16th January 2023) #6 in enolaholmes (4th February 2023) #3 in runningaway (4th February 2023) #5 in emmawatson (28th May 2023) #2 in Tewksbury (10th July 2023) #1 in womensrights (6th June 2024-29th July 24) #1 in Sherlockholmes (17th August 2023) #2 in runningaway (26th November 2023) (All the characters except my own belong to the owners of Enola Holmes) About 30.000 words have been used in this book
