Calamity - In which Lilian Venator is the only survivor in a car crash with her family. Everyone implies that it was a tragic accident and that she got lucky, but she has a feeling that's not all that happened that night.
Or Alternatively- In Which Scott McCall was not the only teenager who got bitten by the alpha that night. There was in fact a car crash, not far from where he and Stiles Stilinski were looking for a body, but that accident was not so much an accident as people thought.
