Traps, as far as humans are aware, have been used by animals for as long as they have existed to procure and protect food.
Humans consider themselves the first to develop sophisticated traps and failsafes for a variety of reasons.
A group of college students are about to discover a room never meant to be seen by human eyes, setting off a trap far older and far more sophisticated than they, or humanity, are ready for.

I am a reader of crime novels and hard science fiction almost exclusively, and yet this story, which I have been writing for a long time, is a love story, I can't explain it even to myself. The characters will have to work through hardship and evolve to be able to surrender to the magical things around them and the flow of the universe and the love of other people. This story still is a work in progress, it has holes and it is to be continued
