Sonic X.R.

In this Sonic Universe: Humans and Mobians live together on the same world; the same planet Earth. While some accept one another, there are some humans that disagree by the mobians race and culture. A hateful man, Richard Jameson, running the campaign for Mayor of Station Square, wants to completely separate mobians from human society, and claims them to be nothing but dangerous beasts.

That's when these kids come in: Alice, Tori, Adam, and Sophie. Four kids with their own different lives. Alice a lonely girl who'd recently moved into the city after the passing of her mother trying to settle in on her new life. Tori a self righteous rebel teenager who leads a group of supporting mobian society against Jameson. Arthur an intelligent responsible boy who deeply cares for his little mute sister, Sophie after their parents parishes in a tragic accident.

One day, Tori dragged Alice for a stakeout hearing mobian's disappearing at night and being used to experiment on. They followed the kidnappers to a secret facility in an abandon warehouse and the proof they needed. But when they got caught, the girls try to escape. While Alice caused a diversion, Tori started wrecking the lab, but ended up causing a massive energy wave engulfing the whole globe in a white light.

Then next thing they know each kids wake up into different places and discovered they have powers. In fact they weren't they only ones. Every human being around the world ended up with special abilities and most of them. . . Turned into hideous monsters. Not sure how this was happening or even possible. But they're gonna need to get all the help they can from our very own heroes like Sonic and his friends.
